Howard Greenberg, the president and founder of Ace Capital Ventures, has more than 25 years of experience in real estate, during which he has brokered more parking garages than any other broker in the history of New York City. He has also brokered numerous development sites, assemblages and commercial and residential buildings.

Before launching Ace in 2009, Mr. Greenberg was a partner at DeMarzo Realty Co., which he co-founded with Anne DeMarzo in the early 1990s. The two firms remain affiliated today.

Mr. Greenberg, a native New Yorker, began his real estate career as a broker at L.B. Kaye International while continuing his education at New York University, where he received a diploma in real estate investment analysis, and at New York Law School, where he received a law degree. He also holds a B.A. in liberal arts from Hofstra University.
